Booking a Trip Made Easy

Ready to embark on your next adventure? Booking with us is simple and stress-free!

  1. Reserve Your Spot: To secure your place on one of our exciting tours, just send in a deposit of $100 per person. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, ensuring your spot is reserved for the trip.
  2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Don’t worry—we’ll send you a friendly reminder with the amount due so you won’t miss it.
  3. Travel Insurance: For your protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance (see below), especially for long or more expensive trips. It’s a great way to cover unforeseen circumstances that might affect your travel plans.
  4. Peace of Mind: Please remember that once the final payment is made, all money paid becomes non-refundable. This is why we highly encourage securing travel insurance if there’s any chance you might need to cancel closer to the trip date.

To make your booking process smooth and easy, please provide the following information along with your deposit:

  1. Name: Let us know who you are.
  2. Address: Where can we reach you?
  3. Phone Number: Your best contact number.
  4. T-shirt Size: So we can provide the perfect fit.
  5. Email Address: (if you use email) This is for confirmations and updates.
  6. Roommates: Names of the people you’ll be rooming with.
  7. Preferred Pick-Up Location: Where you’d like to be picked up.
  8. Special Needs/Requests: Any additional information to make your trip more comfortable.

Note: Bus seating is assigned based on deposit payments. Secure your spot towards the front of the bus by booking early!


Protect Your Trip with Travel Insurance

Life is unpredictable, and we want to ensure you’re covered for any unexpected changes. We highly encourage our travelers to purchase travel insurance, especially if there’s a chance you may need to cancel your trip within 60 days of departure. At this point, all payments are non-refundable.

Travel insurance is also recommended for our longer and more expensive trips to provide extra peace of mind.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a few instances where customers had to cancel last minute due to sudden illnesses or family emergencies, resulting in a loss of their investment. Since most of our trip expenses are paid well in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds unless we can resell the spot—something that’s challenging to do at the last minute.

To avoid any financial loss and ensure you’re protected against unforeseen circumstances, please consider securing travel insurance when booking your trip. Remember, anything can happen, and having insurance means you can travel with confidence.
