HOW TO BOOK A TRIP WITH US:
To book a trip all you need to do is send in a deposit. The deposit for most of our trips is $100 per person. This deposit will hold your spot and is fully refundable until 60 days before the trip. The balance on the trip will be due 60 days before we leave. We will send a letter to remind you and to give you the amount you owe. At this time all money paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. We encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance if they feel they may have to cancel closer to the trip. We also encourage the insurance on all long/ more expensive trips. When booking a trip please provide the following information:
1. Name 2. Address
3. Phone 4. T-shirt Size
5. E-mail address (if you use e-mail)
6. Names of the people you will be rooming with
7. Your preferred pick-up location
8. Any Special Needs/ Requests
Note- Bus seating is assigned as travelers pay deposits. You can be sure to get seating toward the front of the bus by booking your trip EARLY.
